Daywoven is a brand operated by YITING WANG, an individual based in Shenzhen, China (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Daywoven is not a separate incorporated company.

Daywoven provides digital planning templates and membership access to the resources described on our product and pricing pages.

Products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

Before purchasing, please review the included resources, file formats, compatibility requirements, and any stated release schedule. Editable, fillable, or interactive functionality is included only where expressly described.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Memberships are for one individual and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Where you purchase through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle is the seller for the transaction and handles payment, applicable transaction taxes, and billing matters.

Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms presented at checkout. These Daywoven Terms govern your use of our resources and service and do not override Paddle’s applicable transaction terms or your mandatory consumer rights.

Daywoven remains responsible for providing the resources, membership access, and product support described in your purchase.

Checkout displays the currency, price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and total charge before purchase.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Annual subscriptions renew annually and are charged as a single annual payment. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically as disclosed at checkout and expressly agreed to by you.

Creating an account or joining an email list does not authorize payment.

Your renewal date and subscription details are available through your Daywoven account page at https://daywoven.shop/account.

Cancel future renewals by signing in to your account at https://daywoven.shop/account and canceling your membership there, or by contacting [support email].

If you cannot access the cancellation option, contact [support email] or use the Paddle support information in your receipt.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle’s applicable terms, and mandatory law.

After successful payment, your membership is activated in your Daywoven account immediately and member files become available for download from the planner library at https://daywoven.shop/library.

Contact us if a file is unavailable or does not work as described. An internet connection and compatible software may be required as stated on the product page.

We or our licensors own the original templates, designs, and website content.

An authorized download grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the template for your own personal planning.

You may print copies for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload, or provide the templates to others, including modified versions.

You may continue using legitimately downloaded files for personal use after your membership expires. Access to new downloads and online membership features ends when paid access expires.

You retain ownership of the original personal content you enter into a template.

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy at /legal/acceptable-use. In particular, you must not share accounts, redistribute paid files, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the website, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may improve our resources and website. We will honor benefits promised for an already-paid period or provide an appropriate remedy where required.

We will notify you before changes to recurring prices take effect, obtain consent where required, and give you an opportunity to cancel before the new charge.

We may reasonably restrict access for fraud, security threats, non-payment, or material breaches of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it. We may act immediately where necessary to prevent harm.

If we discontinue a paid service before the end of your paid period for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the unused service through the seller of record.

Our resources support organization and reflection. They do not guarantee productivity, income, academic achievement, or other outcomes and do not replace professional advice.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we will take reasonable steps to address reported problems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, warranties, refunds, or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.

We may update these Terms and will show the effective date. Material changes affecting existing memberships will be communicated, and consent obtained where required.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to previous purchases.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or access to courts, regulators, or other remedies available under applicable law.
